Refund Policy

Last updated April 17, 2026

Our refund policy is tied to what you have actually used. In short: we do not refund usage you have already consumed, and unused portions may be refunded case by case at our discretion.

Subscription plans (monthly and annual)

Subscription fees pay for a fixed service period. We do not refund for billing periods that have already elapsed, nor for plan entitlements (documents generated, AI edits, templates used, integrations accessed) that you have already consumed. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew.

If you purchase a new subscription and realise it is not the right fit before using the service in any meaningful way, email support@trydocforge.com within a reasonable window of purchase and we will consider a refund case by case. "Meaningful use" includes, without limitation: generating documents, running a batch, connecting an integration, creating templates, or using AI edits.

Document packs

Document packs are prepaid credits. Once any credit from a pack has been consumed, that pack is non-refundable in full. An entirely unused pack (zero credits consumed) may be refunded at our discretion if requested within a reasonable window of purchase.

Interpretation

We reserve the right to determine, in good faith, what constitutes use of the service, what constitutes a reasonable window, and whether a refund is appropriate. Our determination is final except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Exceptions

Refunds required under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction take precedence over this policy. In particular, statutory cooling-off rights (for example, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or equivalent EU rules) apply where performance of the service has not yet commenced with your consent.

We may deny a refund request if we detect account fraud, chargeback history, or large-scale abuse of the service.

How to request

Email support@trydocforge.com from the email address on your account, with your order reference from the Stripe receipt and a brief description of the issue. Refunds that we approve arrive back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
